●   attendance at welcome function;
●   attendance at symposium dinner on Thursday night;
●   morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday;
●   symposium satchel with materials; and
●   abstract booklet.

Policies for registration cancellation: cancellations must be notified in writing (e.g. via sending an e-mail to SinoAusSymposia@gmail.com) to the Symposium Organiser. Cancellations made by 11 November 2019 will result in a full refund less AU$100 to cover administration costs. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 11 November 2019 without incurring any cost penalty. Failure to obtain the appropriate visa to travel to China does not constitute a refund. No refunds will be made after 11 November 2019. The Symposium Organiser must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.
